Abstract submission deadline: May 13, 2026.
Abstract submission guidelines:
- Only original works will be accepted.
- Abstracts must be submitted in the official language: English.
- For both oral and poster presentations, at least one of the presenting authors must be registered for the Conference.
- The abstract format must follow the template that you will find available to download further down on this page.
- Only files in Microsoft Word format, with a maximum size of 3MB, will be accepted.
For each oral or poster presentation, attendance certificates will be issued to all duly registered authors.
Oral or poster presentations: Authors have the option to request that their abstracts be considered for an oral or a poster presentation at the time of submission through the website. In case the authors do not select a preference, the Scientific Committee in charge of evaluating the abstracts will decide their allocation as an oral or poster presentation.
Rules for oral communications: The time allocated for an oral presentation is 12 minutes + 3 minutes for discussion.
Rules for posters: Dimensions: 0.90 m wide x 1.20 m high (vertical format). DIN A0 size.
